Centrally located in St. Pete, this apartment offers easy access to everything the area has to offer. You’re just a 10-minute drive from the vibrant downtown bars and museums, and 20 minutes from the pristine beaches of "The Burg." With convenient access to I-275 North, both Tampa International Airport and Clearwater Airport are within reach. Nestled on the edge of a commercial area yet bordering a quaint and quiet neighborhood, the property feels like a serene garden oasis, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Guest Access
Guests can park in the dedicated parking space at the front of the property and enter through the garden gate. As you walk through the lush oasis to the back of the property, you’ll find the entrance to the apartment between two private decks. A unique stairwell leads you upstairs to your private retreat, with the dining/work area offering lovely views of the garden below. Guests have access to shared outdoor spaces, including a dog park and various seating areas. If you’re expecting visitors, they’re welcome to park on the street. The apartment features a keyless entry, with a code provided on the day of your arrival.
