TRADEWINDS VILLA - Architectural Designed Villa Near Beautiful Beaches

Tradewinds Villa is a newly built quality home designed by a local respected Architect and is located in the up-scale development of Samaan Grove which is complemented by 24 hour security. Tradewinds can sleep 10 adults in comfort. This is excellent for two families or extended families or larger groups. The gated community provides exclusive access to “No Man’s Land” beach (temporarily closed for repairs), a beautiful beach which will transport you to paradise. The Villa provides you with the feeling of space with its vaulted ceilings rising up to 20 feet high and polished porcelain tiles.

The location is close to several beaches and essential services such as medical facilities and grocery stores and nearby restaurants are there for you to try the various cuisines. Local shops and a large modern shopping mall are only a few minutes away.

All rooms have their own en-suite and are all air conditioned with an additional flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The larger style kitchen with its elegant walnut finish gives you the perfect environment to entertain your close families and friends. The appliances are to a high quality ensuring that all comforts of home. The Villa design provides you with a natural flow from the inside living area to the outside alfresco area, leading onto the teak decks adjoining the relaxing pool, and from here you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

The Villa is equipped with additional burglar proof security windows ensuring a more relaxed stay. WiFi is provided to keep in touch or to relax while doing important work; in addition direct cable television is provided for your entertainment. A phone is also available for local calls.

A perfect stay in Tobago
We had an great stay at the Tradewinds villa. Communication was easy and timely. Check-in process was smooth and easy. The villa itself was super clean and perfect for our needs. The kids loved having the pool right there. Our stay was short but we would definitely book again!

Tradewinds is an amazing villa, very nice location, it’s quiet and secure. The villa is beautiful, very nicely done. Very clean and well organized. I loved the kitchen and living area with how spacious it is and how nice it is as well.

Wonderful stay
This is our second time staying at this property. Beautiful location, close enough to beaches and food places but you will definitely need a vehicle to commute. The home is comfortable with all necessary amenities - kitchen well equip, bath towels provided etc. While there were some renovations done since our last stay, there is some room for improvement in the general decor as it seems outdated. One thing to note is that the pool pump comes off at night and comes on automatically in the morning but you can use it at any time This wasn’t a problem for us. The host was very responsive in all our communications and was very accommodating in our checkin/checkout times. It was a pleasure staying here and would definitely recommend.

I did a very last minute booking with Trade winds villas after being cancelled by another accommodator and it was the best thing that happened! This villa is clean and spacious with everything needed for a great time! My fiends and our kids were safe and felt right at home! This villa felt like being in another country with super facilities all to yourself! Will definitely return ! 😊

After having the worst experience with Blue Chill I managed to snag this property booking one day before reaching Tobago. Let me tell you, my experience was phenomenal! Seeragia is a doll, very responsive, very accommodating, I’m so happy we stayed here. I would recommend walking with your laundry detergent since none was provided but overall this property and the host was excellent!! I 100% recommend !!

Older property that needs much attention and renovation
Great property but had some hiccups the first few days which ran throughout the entire stay from broken ac units to cleanliness. The property needs to be updated and redone, the images show a much newer maintained unit vs what is actually the outcome. We stayed 10 days there and had so many issues, although addressed we had to go nights without proper cooling. Broken appliances etc. The property needs to be redone.

Perfect Getaway!
Staying at Tradewinds villa was truly a wonderful experience for myself and my family. Upon booking, the manager was very friendly, accommodating and thorough, which was maintained throughout. She made sure that we were comfortable, was very prompt with responses throughout the entire process, and was generally very kind and easy to converse with. In terms of the actual house, the outer part of the property is stunning! Lush trees and plants/flowers add a wonderful flair, making you feel right at home. The inside of the home was just as relaxing, with clean and cozy rooms that offered a great night’s rest. The kitchen was more than stocked, with modern equipment to practically make anything! The washing machine and dryer also worked really well. Though we didn’t watch much television, the availability of both local and internet-based channels platforms gave us multiple options had we needed it. I must include the effectiveness of the air-con units. The majority of our stay saw some incredibly hot and sunny days but we did not suffer as the AC units worked so well that we actually felt cold at times! Lastly, the outdoor area offered peak relaxation with all the lounge chairs provided. The pool was also well-maintained and well-subscribed; we couldn’t get enough of the cool water! Overall, my family’s stay at Tradewinds villa was absolutely wonderful, and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone interested!

Great home away from home
We loved the neighborhood and how quiet and safe it was. I felt comfortable with my teenaged niece being there alone if needed. The home was beautiful and was great for my family during our stay. The pool was a hit. Great place to hang out as a family. We were comfortable for the week we stayed and able to connect with family on the island. The ACs may need servicing but kept us cool during our time especially for those that suffer with the heat and mosquitos. I would recommend security at the front having a consistent process for you to preregister guests coming to see you. most of them were friendly. The location is fantastic…near to beaches, food etc. Merle was communicative and accommodating when we had a snafu after checkout. The items we shared were handled quickly. Our housekeeper Christine was fab. We would definitely return.

The entire experience from booking to check out was seamless. The property Manager liaised with us prior to , during and after our stay to ensure our experience was formidable. The location is centralized which made access to beaches, grocery stores and nightlife , quick and easy.

My friends and I were very impressed with the property. All of the amenities were as advertised. The host was very accommodating in allowing us to check in a little earlier than listed. Our only hiccup was that the AC was not cooling. This was not a major problem for us and so, it did not negatively impact our experience. A solid 9/10. I wish there were a discounted price for locals/citizens of T&T.

Lovely house in secure compound
We really enjoyed our stay at Tradewinds. Merle is excellent and very responsive and the property itself is lovely. Be warned you might be awakened by choruses of birds which was quite nice except for the occasional loud cocrico! We liked that there were enough beds available for the 4 single adults to not have to share. Would definitely recommend and hope to return I the future.

Overall a good experience. There were a few things we noticed broken as we settled in and the air conditioners seem in need or servicing. However when we let miss D know all the above she was very grateful to everything we pointed out and said she would get someone in to sort it all out. I would say it is a comfortable place to stay and a great neighborhood for kids.

Wonderful and VERY comfortable stay!
Tradewinds Villa is located 10 minutes from the airport and gated community. The neighbourhood is very quite and private. Our host was a very pleasant and welcoming lady who responded efficiently whenever we needed any assistance. Our party consisted of four adults and two kids (1 and 2 year olds) and I must say, we all felt very comfortable during our 3 night stay. The kids slept very comfortably, which is a big deal, because they don't usually sleep away from home much. This property was very clean and well maintained throughout One thing to be weary of is that there may be a few mosquitoes present so I suggest bringing citronella or repellant just in case. Amenities such as a fully equip kitchen, cozy blankets, extra pillows, beach towels to name a few, were really convenient and made our stay here much more comfortable. All in all, we had such a wonderful time and will certainly return in the future.
