About the space:
This pet-friendly, 2-bed, 2 bath, Mountainback condo is an excellent place to enjoy everything you love about Mammoth Lakes. The property is very close to Canyon Lodge and the free town shuttle – allowing you to access all the great activities Mammoth has to offer right from the front door! The home is decorated with mountain décor and comfortable furnishings, making you feel right at home in the mountains.
This property is a spacious 1262 sq. ft. open floor plan, comfortably sleeping 6 people. The living area has an open floorplan with living room, dining area and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The living room has gorgeous natural light from with large windows, comfortable couches with a queen-sized pullout bed, a flatscreen TV, and a cozy wood burning fireplace. Off the living area is a private deck, perfect for taking in the warm afternoon sun and pine trees.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, dressers for clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a large vanity and an oversized tub/shower. The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds, with dresser/closet space. The second bathroom is located in the hallway, off the second bedroom; it also offers a large vanity and tub/shower.
In the hallway is private in-unit laundry.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, firestarter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Mountainback. There are two jacuzzis, heated underground parking, community BBQ (seasonal), and outdoor fire pit in spa area (seasonal).
There is 1 assigned parking space in the garage (7'), and 1 spot available in the outdoor parking area. 2 parking passes provided and must be displayed in the vehicles at all times during your stay. This area is very popular during the winter. Street parking on the roads is not allowed in winter months from November to April 30th.
