Upon entering via the garage on the lower level (available for guest use), you'll find the downstairs area which offers a private queen bedroom, full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and a bonus bunk space for the kiddos. As you walk up the stairs to the main level, you'll enjoy a stunning combination of rustic charm and modern luxury. The living area offers thoughtful and unique decor throughout and tons of room to unwind after a day of exploration. Soak in the views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is completed with updated modern appliances and is fully equipped to satisfy your culinary desires in this home away from home complete with a formal dining table. Just up the next set of stairs to the third level, you will find the 2nd semiprivate bedroom featuring a California king bed, twin daybed with trundle, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom that offers a shower and jetted tub perfect for soaking after the day's adventures.

The outdoor spaces are truly a showstoppers, designed to maximize both comfort and connection to the stunning natural surroundings. The front deck offers seating perfect for relaxing and taking in the breathtaking panoramic views. The cozy gas firepit sets the perfect ambiance for evening conversations or quiet moments. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date for stays of 6 nights or less will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations of reservations of 7 nights or more, prior to 30 days before your arrival date incur a $200 cancellation fee and forfeit the non-refundable booking fee. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date the entire amount is non-refundable for all reservations.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
