Relax while on work travel or with the whole family at this peaceful apartment with outdoor Barbecue and Putting green. One full size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full size pull out thick foam-cushioned couch (not a sofa bed). Each bedroom contains a full closet. Bathroom has a full tub, shower combo. Close to Legoland, Safari Park, Carlsbad and Oceanside Beaches, short drive to San Diego Zoo and Disneyland. Quiet neighborhood.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher. Cleaners will turn it on. Clearly leave your bed unmade or take off the sheets so we know which beds were used. Place any used towels in the tub.
Please empty your room trash into the main trash can in the kitchen. Take with you or throw into the trash any open food in the frig. and freezer.
Please take trash out to the cans in the driveway. Leave your keys in the lockbox in the stairway when you leave. Check out time is 11 AM. Thank you for your assistance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be aware of the tenants downstairs and refrain from children running around the floor and loud noise after 11 PM. thanks

Property was amazing. It was just like it was advertised. It was a perfect location for us. We couldn't believe how quiet it was. Property was easy to get to and close to many restaurants, fuel stations and shopping. Unit was equipped with everything under the sun ! Kitchen was really nice and complete for full course meals. Plenty of TV stations to choose from. On-Site hosts Tom and Kim were very helpful. We will likely look this place up again should we come back to Vista.

The unit was perfect for our trip. Easy to get to. Close to everything we needed. Comfortable setting and plenty of room for our family. We will be back!

Little home away from home

This apartment was a perfect place for our family between moves. It is conveniently located to the freeway and provided all of the essentials you needed to feel at home. The kitchen was particularly well stocked to be able to cook- it even had an air fryer. The unit is upstairs over another apartment behind a home in a residential area so it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again as it was a great alternative to a hotel. It is not located in a touristy area which was a plus for us, but you are an easy drive from attractions or the beach. Overall- a great value.
