Ocean View Vacation Rental at popular White Sands Village Complex.

We are located 4 miles south of charming Kailua-Kona Village and directly across from Kona's spectacular Magic Sands Beach. Picture yourself enjoying beautiful ocean views and dreamy sunsets from our large covered lanai. Our home is almost oceanfront, located one unit from the front of the southern Keauhou building! Walk just 70 steps to one of Kona's best sandy beaches or travel one mile south to the famous Kahalu'u Beach Park where you will find extraordinary snorkeling. Our tropically decorated and comfortable home away from home is 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have newly updated and our home has all the comforts for your vacation stay including, new linens, furniture and NEW full sized appliances. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms and the sound of the ocean can be heard throughout our home. We have just upgraded our sleeper sofa to the COZY MATTRESS system which boasts a real bed mattress for a very comfortable nights rest!

White Sands Village offers many resort style amenities including pool, spa, sauna and free tennis courts.

What you can expect: Fresh linens and towels, new tropical furniture, a well appointed kitchen and beach equipment for you to enjoy. Your Hawaiian vacation rental is tropically decorated and perfect for families with a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size Cozy Mattress sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full baths, central air, ceiling fans, TV, DVD, Free WIFI, and a washer and dryer all add to the comfort and convenience of this ideal condo. Relax in your home away from home with the sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night. You will enjoy views of turquoise blue water from both bedrooms and large lanai. Our home includes many upgrades including, granite counter tops, hickory cabinets, new full size appliances, AC, a walk in shower and newly tiled floors. At check in you will find a *starter* supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, hand and dish soap. You will find a binder in our unit with directions to the nearest stores to stock up on additional supplies.

Resort Amenities: Take advantage of the many resort style amenities that White Sands Village has to offer such as inviting pool, spa, sauna, free tennis courts, pool table, and well manicured tropical grounds. Enjoy meals on your lanai or head down to the covered BBQ area where you can grill your meal on one of three gas grills. Our large lanai is the perfect place for meals with amazing sunset views!

Amazing Ladies Trip

Love this condo and stay here every time we are in Kona! Usually come with my husband but turned this trip into a ladies only trip and had a fantastic time! So much to do on the big island and just a 1-2 miles walking distance of several restaurants and markets! This place is always like a home away from home, very clean, comfortable and all the amenities you will need!

Relaxing and Pleasurable Stay

This property was especially comfortable and pleasant. We certainly appreciated the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen, bathrooms, closets, and lanai were very well stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning to visit this area. I think our most favorite thing was the beautiful view of Magic Sands Beach from the lanai.

Magical!

Loved this property! The location was amazing with a big lanai and ocean views. The condo had boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The grounds and pool area were great. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that there was no sand at Magic Sands beach (which of course the owners have control over).

Beautiful Condo and Fabulous Location

Perfekt ausgestattet es Konto mit Meerblick

Wir würden gerne bleiben! Wir waren begeistert, dass alles, was man nur brauchen kann, vorhanden war. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, mit moderner Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr gut und auch sonst war alles super! Von dem Balkon aus kann man herrlich den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Schöne Grillstation am Pool, selbst ein Billardtisch und Sauna sind vorhanden. Der Magic Sands Beach gegenüber ist allerdings nicht besonders gut zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Wonderful place for family

Our host was super. Worked with us when our plane delayed a whole day! The condo was just like photos. Breakfast on terrace was a awesome way to start the day. Beach or pool toss a coin. Want history just down the road. Want nightlife just a few minutes away.

Short Stroll to the Sea

My two kids and I spent several days in this lovely location. We ate every breakfast on the deck, looking across the street to the ocean. Everything was clean, comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. Our first night, we walked across the street to the beach and frolicked in the waves. A sea turtle swam up to us, and even though we tried to keep a respectful distance, it kept swimming to us. We had 30min of swimming with our “sea puppy,” and that will be an experience my son and I never forget. The owners were very responsive, even though I was communicating with them and not the property manager. In my excitement, I missed seeing the note on the frig to contact the local manager, and didn’t read it until the last night. Face palm. They were very gracious in replying to my basic questions. We will be back!

Amazing stay!

This condo was perfect in so many ways! Very clean, fabulous location right across from beach and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Marvelous porch/lanai with stunning views! Condo had everything we needed and more- beach equipment, basic supplies, etc. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!!

Absolute perfect stay!

This condo is beyond perfect! Great amenities, clean, spacious with a huge balcony with THE view! It is also well stocked with everything you’ll need. It was our 6th trip to Hawaii and it was by far the best condo we rented. We had a wonderful 16 nights stay! Only down point is that we « lost » the beach in front of the complex :( but we knew about the phenomenon of Magic Sand Beach… Thank you for everything and can’t wait to be back in a year or two!! Best place on the island!!

Truest a fantastic place to stay. Great Beach across the street for biggie boarding and further out the snorkeling was excellent. Everything you ever thought you’d need was there and it has most terrific lanai ever!!! Beds were great (didn’t try the sofa bed) and condo had nice kitchen wear and furnishings. Owners were the best ever in responding to questions. Has A/C but we didn’t use. It as there were ceiling fans in every room and on lanai. Can’t wait to stay there again!!!!

Incredible Space

The view, the location, the size and all the amenities! Wow! The hosts were awesome, the condo is superb. Listening to the waves every night was super! Everything you need is provided, minus your swimsuit😝 my only minor complaint is the pillows were rock hard and the mattresses were not very comfortable. Everything else was perfect!

Magic Sands Beach is Awesome

Fantastic Condo!! Everything better than in listing!! Condo Manager, Joey, was awesome and quick to respond. Super clean and comfortable. Plenty of beach stuff to keep us all comfortable on the beach. Everything was great, not a bad day and the view from the balcony was priceless. The only problem was that 10 days was not enough time on the island. We WILL be back and want to stay here again. Thank you so much!!
