Worst Experience Ever
No communication. VRBO is the worst as well. Spoke to VRBO twice regarding arrival and checking in and they reassured me it would be fine and often times the owner will meet there to hand over the key. Still did not hear from owner. Called VRBO again and they contacted someone who advised the key was under the door mat. Arrived at the home to see another vehicle in the driveway. A family of 7 has been living in the home for over 7 months!! States it should not be listed for rental. VRBO was no help. Had to find a hotel in an area I did not know for 6 people last minute.

Great location & price
Overall, our stay in this home was just OK. There were a couple of issues that came up (front bathroom water was off when we arrived, windows were left open and unlocked, toilets were less than appealing, no tv in the front living room, animal smell in the whole house), but we muddled our way through it and ended up having a great time. The bedding was exceptional, and there was plenty of room for my family. Two bathrooms is a plus!

This was an extremely affordable stay in nice house located in a very decent neighborhood. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay again next time I’m in Jax.
