Welcome to Casa Del Canal, a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the Las Olas District of Fort Lauderdale!

Step into an expansive open layout that's designed to accommodate your family and friends with room to spare. The space effortlessly flows from the living room to the kitchen, providing a welcoming atmosphere that's perfect for socializing or enjoying some downtime.

This home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary and secondary bedrooms each feature a comfortable king-sized bed and a TV equipped with Roku streaming services for your entertainment. The third bedroom is perfect for families, offering a bunk bed with two full-size mattresses and its own Roku TV. Each bathroom has been fully renovated, complete with modern fixtures, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.

Our kitchen is a home chef's dream, fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils—everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. If you're planning a family dinner or a festive gathering, our adjacent dining room comfortably seats up to six people, and we also provide two additional bar stools for extra seating.

The living room provides a cozy space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. Your eyes will be drawn to the panoramic windows that offer breathtaking views of the pool and canal. The scene evokes a resort-like vibe that sets the tone for a truly rejuvenating stay.

Outside, take a dip in the secluded private pool or enjoy al fresco meals in the spacious dining area. Evenings are well-spent by the cozy fire pit or cooking on the grill. You'll also have free access to kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, perfect for exploring the beautiful canals that Fort Lauderdale is famous for. Five bikes are available for you to explore the neighborhood, and for an extra touch of convenience, a 6-person golf cart is available for rent during your stay for $150. per day. We're also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry companions along (please inquire about pet policy and fees).

Being just one mile away from the beach and two miles from downtown Fort Lauderdale, you're in an ideal location. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming, and water sports at the nearby beach or take a quick bike ride to the vibrant downtown area for restaurants, shops, and city life. The Las Olas district is known for its restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries, so you are minutes away from all of the fun that Fort Lauderdale has to offer.

las Olas Blvd and the isles is one of the most luxurious high-end neighborhoods in all of South Florida. Our neighbors include Anheuser Busch and Band-Aid brand families. Please be respectful of our neighbors when staying with us.

Walk, Bike, or shuttle is the best way to explore everything that Fort Lauderdale has to offer!

Security Cameras are on-site placed along the exterior areas of the home.

There is option to dock your boat at this space, please reach out to us if you are interested in this. The owner rents the dock space separately from the home and they will use exterior access along the side of the home.
