Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room, including the living room and dining room. Suite with 1 double bed, a room with 2 bunk beds (4 places) and another room with 1 bed and 4 mattresses. Bedrooms with closets and hangers. Area with tank and washing machine and portable clotheslines. Balcony in front of the house with hammock and table with 4 chairs. A parking space inside the condominium and other parking spaces outside, with 24 hour guard. Grassy area with table and 4 chairs, covered barbecue and shower. Condominium with recreation area with pool, soccer / volleyball court and sauna. Homemade and watchman 24 hours a day.
