About this property

Pet Friendly getaway sleeps 8

1850+ square foot 4 season home with 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 full bathrooms. The first floor has an open concept kitchen, dining and living area with cathedral ceilings and a wood stove. There is also a bedroom with a king size bed and full bath across the hall. The second floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with a full and a twin size bed, there is an open loft with a full size sleep sofa another full bath rounds out the second floor. The deck is 40 x 10 and has sun for a good portion of the day as well as a Weber grill. Off of the dining area is a screened porch for bug free enjoyment of the fresh NH air.

The basement is finished with a 55" TV and a video game containing 40 games from the 80's. It is a great place for the kids to hang out and leave the adults alone.

The 2500' private community beach is a short 10 minute walk down the sledding hill but plan on 15 minutes to walk back up the hill.

Summer rentals have a 7 night minimum and go Friday-Friday it includes a parking pass for the private Suissevale beach.

****For summer 2024 the beach is not available to renters on Saturdays, so please plan your activities accordingly.***************

Nice cabin with great sledding hill (if it snows)
This cabin worked perfect for our family of 5. We set off to NH to do some sledding over Christmas break, unfortunately it didn't snow while we were there. The house is located on what I would assume would be an epic sledding hill (when it snows) None the less the arcade game in the basement racked up many hours of use. The availability of a wood stove was a nice feature as well.

Amazing lake house
We had a great time at this gorgeous lake house. We were in town for a Wedding and the location was perfect. The home is so warm, inviting and clean. We loved the two full bathrooms and although we didn’t have children there is plenty to do included for them. The home was very well stocked with whatever you may need and we hope to rent again at some point to stay longer. We thank you for a memorable weekend.

A perfect location for our nearby activities. The beds were comfortable, and it was terrific to have two bathrooms and with great showers. The washer and dryer came in handy for us. The kitchen was well equipped and with a dining table perfect for sharing meals and with the two sliding glass doors nearby looking out to the backyard and NH woods.

We had a great experience at the property as well as communicating with the owner. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and two small dogs. Close to the lake; great view of surrounding woods and lake. We had a family emergency the first night of our stay and couldn’t check in; the owner was very accommodating and generous.

My friends and I do a trip to NH every year for October. This was our first time at this house and we are hoping to come back next October! The house was so clean! Everything was perfect. We all had an amazing time! The deck has the perfect view for morning coffee!

Beautiful place for a great getaway
This house is in a beautiful spot. While it is not waterfront, its proximity to the lake makes me want to go back in the summer. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of space. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries.

Beautiful property with plenty of space to spread out. Overall we were very happy with the property and location- gorgeous deck and nice screened in porch. I would make one suggestion to the owner- you need to replace the blankets/bedspreads in both upstairs bedrooms. They were falling apart and stained- not usable at all but luckily the nights are still warm. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I only rated one star for property manager because we had no contact with them at all.

Wonderful getaway
One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at! Super clean, wonderfully maintained !We loved having the sledding hill my boys & cousins really has a great time. We loved coming back to the cozy fireplace after a day out in the cold. Thanks again Todd for being so accommodating when there was a storm approaching. Highly recommend - we hope to be back again!

Beautiful spot for a winter family vacation
This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to host our family for a little quiet winter getaway. Our last evening there he and I sled down the hill just before sunset then walked to the beach to watch the sun go down. A wonderful spot!

This house was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located. It has sep. space for the kids downstairs, great walking roads and near Castle in the Clouds. Communication with the owner was easy and fast, which is important. You will love your stay here!

Perfect place for our family
Todd is an awesome host. The house is gorgeous and well maintained. Very clean and cozy. My two toddler's, my wife and I had a great time staying here. We rested, cooked in the house, played indoors and out. The neighborhood is quiet and conducive to walking. Our dog even was enjoying himself more than where we actually live! Loons calling every night!
The lake house in Moultonborough was so relaxing. We did a lot of cooking in the well equipped kitchen. This house is very private and wooded. We enjoyed coffee and reading in the loft upstairs or on one of two porches. We heard loons calling every night! The beach area was a nice place to watch the sunset. Our dogs were very comfortable and it was easy to check in/out. There were lots of breweries, farm stores, and hiking within 45mins. Very steep dirt road, make sure to bring extra pillows and blankets for an extra cosy stay! I definitely want to come back in the winter to check out the huge sledding hill and local winter events.
