bright and classy 3 bedroom ,2 bath , full laundry facilities home away from home, all the amenities you need, enjoy the area beaches, fine dining, everything you desire for shopping is right there, or cook at home in the completely equipped kitchen, if you desire home cooked food.We also have a completely private back yard deck fully furnished and equipped with outdoor grilling. This home is central to Bush Gardens, and Raymond James stadium, for world class Buccaneer's football, and Ray's baseball at Tropicana field.

Good Home

Checking into the house was a bit stressful because I was unable to connect with the owner. After an hour and half I finally was able to obtain access to get in. Afterwards communication with him was great. Overall, the house was nice and clean.

Perfect location for events at the stadium

We were in town to sightsee and attend an event at the stadium. The location is near the airport (convenient!) and close enough to the stadium that using a ride share is not an arm and a leg. Restaurants nearby, along with grocery and drug stores. Closest EV charging station was about 10-15 minutes away as well. Everything is amazing. 3 spacious bedrooms with closets. Snatch this well appointed place up before it’s too late. I did have to sweep and mop the living room and kitchen floors after discovering bottoms of our feet were black. But the house was clean other than that - I would stay again in a heartbeat. Also - as a former property owner/manager myself I know it isn’t always the owner doing the cleaning; and sometimes you draw the short straw for the cleaning person on rotation. I wanted to mention it though because it is the sole reason I could not give a 5-star rating to the “cleanliness”.
