This modern basement apartment offers abundant natural light and a clean, functional layout. Designed by the homeowner as a guest suite for family and friends, it features new, comfortable furnishings and offers ample privacy from the main house. Step outside to the backyard and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The space
This airy basement apartment has 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Enjoy the open layout and privacy from the main house. There is a private, separate entrance to access the guest suite. This basement apartment stays cool during Bozeman's beautiful summers, but there is a fan to help cool down or provide some white noise. The apartment is heated with central heat plus one plug-in radiator.
Inside you will find:
- 1 private bedroom with a comfy queen bed and clothing storage
- Living space with a Smart TV and pullout queen-size sofa bed
- Highchair available for little ones, as well as some kids' books and toys
- Dedicated workspace for remote work
- Kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster
- 2 stools for dining
- Full bath with radiant in-floor heating
- Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, bedding, and other essentials are provided

There is plenty of free street parking available.
Easily check-in via the keypad. You'll have exclusive access to the entire basement apartment. While you are welcome to enjoy the spacious side yard, please note that the back patio is reserved for the homeowner.
Please note that washer/dryer services are not available onsite. There are a few approximately a 10-minute drive away.
There is also no kitchen sink or stove at this stay.
