***NEW LISTING*** Less than a mile to the beach, and an easy ride to multiple casinos, Summer Breeze is a relaxing and spacious home in the heart of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

With three bedrooms and two baths, Summer Breeze is located in a quiet neighborhood near white sands and beautiful sunsets, and centrally located between both Gulfport's and Biloxi's Restaurant & Entertainment Districts.

This charming home has plenty of space for the whole family. The Master Bedroom has a Smart TV, and an attached Master Bathroom with a combination tub & shower, that has a bidet. One of the Guest Bedrooms has a Queen Bed and Smart TV, and the other has two twin beds. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, and a Guest Bathroom in the hallway has a unique walk-in tub/shower.

Summer Breeze is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.

Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, spacious space with all the conveniences of home.

Summer Breeze's kitchen has most of what you need to whip up a vacation meal. It is equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Gulfport and Biloxi hot spots.

The dining room had a large table for eating meals, and the kitchen has a smaller one for additional seating. There are two living rooms that provide comfortable spaces to lounge, with one having a flat-screen SmartTV. There is also a large air-conditioned sunroom that is perfect for playing games or working on a puzzle.

***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

While at Summer Breeze you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of Gulfport and Biloxi where you will find many great restaurants, casinos, antique stores, the Mississippi Aquarium, and much more for you to enjoy.

Quick 3 night trip to the coast.

Rented this property at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Nice clean, comfortable house. Close to everything we wanted to do.The walk in bath tub was a hit.We would stay here again!

Wonderful experience

This was the perfect house for our group to stay. From the communication to the cleanliness of the property it was an amazing weekend. I will definitely be booking this place again when we come back into town.

Very accommodating

The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and everything worked as it should. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants and Walmart. I was with a group of 6 and we had no complaints and would stay again.
