The living area welcomes you with plush furnishings surrounding a 65" OLED TV – the perfect spot for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances, invites aspiring chefs to create culinary delights, while the adjacent dining area is ideal for shared meals and lively conversations. The dining table seats six, but seating for 10 is accomplished with a sturdy wood folding table and chairs which can tuck away between the couch and the wall when not in use.
Mason jars double as drinking glasses and food storage to optimize kitchen cabinet space. Full place settings, dinnerware, cocktail glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking dishes and sheets are all provided so you have everything you need to enjoy a taste of home while dining in. A mobile bar cart features all the basic tools for mixing cocktails.
Ice in 2 sizes, water dispenser and automatically refilling cold water pitcher are just the start of what the modern fridge has to offer. It also has modern home-screen on the front panel including digital calendar of upcoming events in San Antonio, a QR code to connect to the wifi, a QR code to view the digital guest guide, the local weather, time, and more! Apps include a whiteboard, YouTube, Samsung TV, and so much more! Any food or condiments you find in the fridge are there for you to use. If you want to send us photos of your trip, we can add them to the screensaver slide show for future guests!
Retreat to one of our three luxurious king suites, where tranquility and luxury converge. Each suite offers an attached full bathroom with dimmable vanity lights, a tv, a closet, black out blinds, sheers and room darkening curtains, and a mini-split heating and air conditioning unit which can be set independently of the other units in the home. All of this contributes to a serene atmosphere for a rejuvenating night's sleep. Additionally, the living room has a cozy queen sleeper sofa and a half bathroom.
For those needing a quiet moment or a productive work session, our first floor bedroom features a king sized Murphy bed with a large fold-up desk when the bed is tucked away. This room features dimmable under-bed and desk lighting. The first floor suite caters to both productivity and relaxation.
What sets us apart is our innovative ductless mini-split air conditioning system, granting guests the freedom to set personalized temperatures in each room, and a full private bathroom in each king suite enhancing privacy and comfort during your stay.
Charging ports, a Google personal assistant, and space for personal items are found by every bed. Dimmable bathroom lights and motion sensor night lights in the walkways make late night trips more comfortable and safe.

Guests have full access to all living spaces in the condo, including the spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, three luxurious king suites (one of which doubles as a versatile office space), and 3.5 bathrooms.
Guests will also have access to the one-car garage equipped with a level 2 EV charger (Tesla drivers, please bring your adaptor). Parking in the private garage needs approval from host (approval is based on the size of the vehicle you wish to park). The garage is not designed to accommodate larger vehicles. If requesting to use the garage, you will be asked for the make and model of the vehicle, a copy of a valid DL and current insurance card. If your vehicle is approved, we will need an email address to send the smart phone app invite you will use as your remote garage door opener.
The driveway accommodates one vehicle and additional parking can be found in the courtyard area but is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is also free street parking.
Please note: there are three locked closets and a set of storage lockers to which guests do not have access. These are used for owner storage only. However, for your convenience, every bedroom has an accessible closet, each bathroom has cabinet space, and the kitchen has ample cabinet storage space for guest items.
San Antonio has a very warm climate, particularly in the summer when temperatures can rise into the high 90s or higher. Our home is equipped with a modern air conditioning system, with a mini-split in each bedroom that can be set individually from each other.
To optimize the functionality of the AC units and to ensure the most comfortable indoor climate, we recommend guests close the blinds and/or curtains during the day, and keep the ceiling fans running.
While visiting the city, we also suggest staying hydrated, wearing light clothing, and using fans to stay comfortable. If you plan outdoor activities, early morning or late evening is the best time to enjoy cooler temperatures.
Families with children have shared that the backpacks of toys and activities were an instant hit. They occupied the children while the rest of the family unpacked and settled in. A pack and play, high chair, stroller, children’s dishes and utensils, and a sippy cup are provided. If you don’t see them, please ask, we can provide the locker combination if they are in storage. The primary bedroom on the 2nd floor also includes modular sofa cushions that can provide hours of fort-building fun, or a cozy sleeping platform when covered with provided mattress protector and sheets. Please note that children should be under the supervision of responsible adults at all times and should never be left unattended. Cleaning supplies are kept up high and outlet covers are used on the main floor, but cabinets are not child-proofed, and stairs cannot accommodate baby gates. Thank you for understanding.
