could be cozy, but...

The setting is lovely and it is a beautiful little room, very quiet with a nice patio table. However, there was a dirty ashtray on the kitchen table and the running dehumidifier smelled of mold. The refrigerator had old food sitting in water at the bottom. The coffee maker was filled with mold. The washer is there but it has no door. The sheets and the one clean towel were in a plastic bag in the closet under wet towels. The bathroom counters were dangling from the wall and were permanently dirty. The apartment number given to us was in code but we didn't know that so we wandered up and down trying to figure it out. We got a response about finding the apartment but no responses to our texts with our concerns. We loved the area. It could be a wonderful place to stay.
