Our property is perfect for your Saint Simons trip due to its location, but also it's southern charm inside the home. The screened in porch is perfect to enjoy a summer night overlooking the park or a breezy morning with a cup of coffee. Through the front door you will be greeted with a open concept living/dining area. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and flows into the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen.
Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with standing shower; the adjacent room has a double bed. The living room has couch and two arm chairs perfectly situated in front of a smart tv. Past the living space is the master bedroom with a king bed and full bath across the hall, with a tub/shower combo.
The backyard is a shared space with other tenants who rent additional units. There is a fire pit and 4 chairs for a perfect summer evening gathered together.
If you are interested in bringing the whole family and need a little more space, inquire about our Clyde's Bunkhouse. A studio apartment located right next to the shared backyard space.
