Ground floor King bedroom shares a double vanity Jack-and Jill bathroom with the twin over full bunk room. Common bath with tub is just off the living room with exterior entrance to use as a pool bath. Common bath also features washer and dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Spacious open floor plan features living room with large couch and large coffee table and plenty of seating for all. Dining area with oversized live edge table has comfortable seating for 8. New fully stocked kitchen has all new stainless steel, state of the art appliances. New Cuisinart cookware , and professional (very sharp) knives make cooking a breeze. The kitchen is stocked with a toaster oven and both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. We provide k-cups and coffee and filters. Dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent for dishwasher, paper towels, sponge, salt and pepper and dish towels round-out the kitchen amenities list.

We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a large cart to bring to the beach. A portable crib, high chair and stroller are available with notice. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water will make rinsing-off after the beach a breeze. Bikes, SUP, and kayaks are also provided. We strongly encourage the use of the lifejackets and helmets that we provide. All luxury bed and bath linens and oversized beach towels are provided. In addition, we also provide full-sized shampoo, conditioner, shower bar soap and hand soap and hair dryers in all bathrooms. Two of the baths have hair straighteners, as well. All you need to do is show up for a great vacation!
