A Tri-level home that sits on a 10 acre property fully fenced. You can see downtown Austin from both decks. The views are serene and a 1 acre pond sits 200 yards in full view. with a children's playscape, a fire pit to enjoy an evening outside with friends and family. The gazebo is equipped with a gas grill next to the playscape so you can keep an eye on your children as you cook your favorite meals. The numerous oak trees surround the property but has a large clearing of lush grass in front of the house to enjoy. The house has 2 kitchens upstairs and downstairs with a TV in almost every room along with highspeed internet.

Very nice place with plenty of room and well furnished. Gated compound area .House has great views from the Balconies. Definitely will stay there agin. Great Communication with Mario.
