Welcome to the beautiful 5th Avenue villa. This is a newly renovated 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom home with a pool and a spa right on a gulf access canal. Enjoy the heated swimming pool , or just relax under the tiki hut and watch the sunset. This home is located in the south end of Cape Coral near to Tarpon Point Marina. It is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Cape Coral and the Yacht Club Beach. If you like to explore by water, ask about our renting our 26' Hurricane deck boat. This home also includes two kayaks for exploring the canals.
