Stunning Beach Apartment by Miami Te Espera
Modern and elegant two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.
The property has direct access to the beach from the pool area.
CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
- Check in after 3 pm -
- Check out at 10 a.m -
-The total rental amount includes: final cleaning and registration fee.
-The two-bedroom apartment only admits a maximun of 6 guests.
- The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant vacation (towels, sheets, hair dryer, dishwasher, beach chairs, umbrella).
-No items such as: toilet soap, detergent and toilet paper are provided (only a small quantity of each item is provided for the first couple of days)
EXTRA BUILDING CHARGES:
** Parking: 1 week = 100 usd / 2 weeks = 125 usd / 3 weeks = 150 usd / 4 weeks = 175 usd
** FOB Keys: The administration requires a key every two people over the age of 13 for the common areas of the building. Each key has a cost of 30 USD.
Both values depend on the building`s Administration and must be paid by credit or debit card only, there may be modifications.
