You're not just renting on the Cape, you're renting ON THE WATER ON THE CAPE! 522 Steps away is famous Craigville Beach. No need for $25/day beach parking pass...Morning finds you with a cup of coffee on the decks with the Osprey and Heron and Swans... Stroll to the beach...then back for a private waterfront sunset. Nary another home to be seen, just the everchanging views... Comfortable expanded cottage w/ multiple decks, a sun room, a quaintness that is refreshing plus views and convenience galore! Private lane. Perhaps the most affordable 2 BR waterfront rental on the Cape. Certainly one of the most beautiful settings at any price.
