This newly remodeled studio is a couple blocks away from shops, restaurants + bars in Little Italy/Downtown SD. Centrally located & minutes from the airport w/ plenty of free street parking. Guests can also reserve the driveway for an additional fee. New to VRBO, check reviews on AirB.

Studio is private and all yours with a separate entrance and private outdoor patio. There is a brand new bed/mattress.
Please be aware, the house, like many downtown residences, is under the flight path. If noise is a concern, this may cause issues, but departures are prohibited from 11:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. the following morning. The studio is conveniently located in Little Italy/Bankers Hill walking distance to restaurants, shops, harbor, trails, parks and more!
There is plenty of street parking, but if it's a concern, you can request to reserve the driveway for an additional fee.
The studio has a/c and heat along with a small kitchenette w/ toaster oven, french press and fridge. There is a Smart TV w/ Netflix and free high speed wi-fi.
