The Homestead is a beautifully renovated property on the east side of Palisade. Surrounded by mountains, vineyards, orchards and the Colorado river, we are perfectly located for all your vacation needs. 30 minutes from Powderhorn Ski Resort and a great place to rest between Utah, Denver, Telluride and Durango- you will not regret your stay at The Homestead. For a LARGE group, you will find everything you. Every room hosts a mini-fridge, microwave, full coffee pot with fresh, local ground coffee as well as plates, bowls, can opener and wine opener. And if any special requests should arise, our family lives on property and is ready to bring you a toaster, ironing board or securely store your bikes/skis. We are pet friendly and offer beds and bowls for our furry guests. Come check out The Homestead! We are excited to host you!
