1. Luxury master suite (upper/entry level): King bed, smart TV, private fireplace, and HUGE bathroom with large jetted tub, custom walk in shower, private toilet, and double vanity.
2. Junior master (middle level): California king bed, and attached full bath with double vanity and walk in shower.
3. King bedroom: (middle level): King bed, with direct access to shared 2nd level common bathroom
4. Queen bedroom: (middle level): Queen bed, with a private ensuite bathroom.

6. Bunk room: (middle level): Twin over queen bunk bed set.
The lower level entertainment room includes a pool table, foosball table, large smart tv, couch, and twin over queen and twin over twin bunk bed sets, for extra sleeping.
There are also 2 pull out sofa beds in the home. One on the upper/entry level and the other in the middle level living room. Linens are provided, in the master closet.
The final half bathroom is on the upper/entry level.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
* No more than 12 guests plus up to 5 additional children 5 years old and younger (for a total of 19 with the additional kids 5 years old and younger) are allowed in the home, at any time.
* Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
* The county prohibits hot tub use between the 10pm and 8am quiet period
* 4 cars MAX - no exception. 2 in garage, 2 in driveway (consider parking one at Casino if needed)
* Leaving garbage outside, not in the bear box is a violation of the short term rental ordinance. Trash should be in bear box with lid on, or in the garage if no room in bear box.
* Home may have doorbell and driveway camera. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 30 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own.
