Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have access to the entire main level unit and backyard, not the basement unit.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a locals' neighborhood of Colorado Springs, you'll feel secluded and at peace, even though shops and restaurants are just a quick five-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
This central location offers easy access to Briargate, Downtown, Garden of the Gods, USAFA, and the Airport, all within a 20-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

This is the upstairs unit only. The basement is rented out separately.
