The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper and there is a flat screen TV. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters.

The MASTER BEDROOM features king sized bed and private bath. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower where you can relax and re energize after a day full of beach activities.

The 2ND BEDROOM has a Queen size bed and attached bathroom. The 3RD BEDROOM has a queen size bed.

We searched the Florida panhandle and EDGEWATER is our favorite. Edgewater is the only Full Service Resort in the Panama City Beach area. Amenities include, controlled entrance, 24 hr. security, golf, 11,500 sq. ft. lagoon pool, landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, plants, 11 total pools, spas, 2 restaurants on the water, lighted tennis courts, jet ski rental, parasailing, exercise room, gift shop, beauty salon, convention center, etc. The parking lot directly in front of the building means there is no parking deck to deal with. The low traffic elevators increase your time for fun and relaxing!
