Vacation At Its Finest presents, Kokomo on 30A located in the colorfully eclectic Gulf Place Community on 30A! This adorable 3B/2.5B townhome, offers a completely devised layout to help you disconnect, giving you every amenity needed for a tranquil vacation. As you enter, the first floor has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living room, with plenty of space to enjoy precious time with your family and friends. The kitchen has all updated stainless-steel appliances and all the essential you will need. The living room boasts a very colorful feel with abundant seating for entertaining. There is a relaxing screened-in patio off the living room with more seating extending the living area. The second floor has the oversized master suite offering a king bed, 2 chairs, large walk-in closet, an en suite bath with separate tub and shower, plus a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom on same floor offers plenty of sleeping arrangements, with a queen, twin bunks and a trundle hide away, and a full-size private bath. The laundry is in the hall closet on the 2nd floor between both bedrooms with a full size all in one, stackable. The third-floor loft features another queen and twin bed, a great place for the kids to hang out!
Gulf Place Community
Kokomo on 30A at Gulf Place is located on the west end of 30A in-between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 community pools, 2 of which are heated, and 2 with hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, 19 miles of dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, & Ed Walline Beach Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! All within walking distance, so once you park just relax and enjoy!
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You have access to two private beaches as a guest of Gulf Place: Coats Blanca and Villas at Santa Rosa Beach. Please refer to the attached photos for guidelines on using each beach.
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
