Beautiful Boulder!

Charming little house in a perfect location!! Clean, comfy, plenty of room for two! Lovely neighborhood and just blocks away from Pearl St Mall. Was perfect for 5 days of exploring Boulder and the Flatirons.

Lovely cottage, perfect location

This cottage was beautiful, comfortable, and very thoughtfully appointed. I loved staying there. The location is amazing--just a few steps from Pearl street, Boulder's walkable downtown area. I'd love to stay there again!

Perfect stay in Boulder

My daughter and I had a lovely time in the Treehouse- well appointed and the perfect size- we enjoyed nearby hiking, walking through the neighborhood and easy access to downtown.

This was everything we expected and more - super quick walk to lots of great restaurants and retail on Pearl St., great hikes within easy walking distance, and a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment itself was clean & well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Cute cottage for bride & groom!

Our son and new wife stayed here for their wedding weekend and loved this wonderful little cottage — close enough to walk to and from post-wedding events downtown and yet tucked away and special. Clean and comfortable and they were so pleased! Thank you for making it all very easy, too.

Peaceful Stay

Nestled in Boulder’s best neighborhood (best part of pearl street shopping and hiking outside your door and even better, a quiet neighborhood) the tree house amenities (robes, sugar for my coffee - thank you!), a killer tub, wild animals hanging about (hawk feeding in the pine tree outside the kitchen window), and all the conveniences of home will make you feel like you’re home.

Peaceful property in a fabulous location.

This property is very clean & well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals - just add food! The Property Manager (Liz) was very helpful. Many shops & restaurants within walking distance. The historical homes in the neighborhood are beautiful! We will definitely stay here again :-)

Fantastic as always!

This my third time back to Paul's delightful Tree House and my wife's first visit. It was as perfect as ever. Everything that one or two people would need for a stay in Boulder. The location is perfect, being in the gorgeous Mapleton Hills area of Boulder which just a couple of blocks to Pearl St and downtown. The communications with Liz, the property manager, from the booking and then throughout our stay, were perfect also. It was also great to catch-up and spend time with Paul again, albeit on our check-out day. He is the perfect host and I/we look forward to returning to the Tree House!

Perfect spot for mountain and city getaway

This one-bedroom garage apartment was perfect for my husband and my week-long summer visit. Easy walk to great restaurants, coffee, and shops and also to Boulder Creek and short drive to numerous trails, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood of gorgeous old homes is lovely to walk in and right next to the Flatirons. The private outdoor area was lovely for eating and morning coffee. Thoughtful quality touches like Viking oven, Miele washer/dryer (so quiet), clawfoot tub, and a well-stocked kitchen make it homey. We can't wait to come back!
