- Treat our suite, property and furnishings as if it were your own home. 
- Ensure no clothing, pillows or blankets, electrical wires near the electric baseboard heaters. 
- All garbage, recycling & organics are emptied regularly, as per the “Garbage Day App”
- Ensure the stove, microwave & oven are cleaned after use
- Inform the host of any damage or breakages in a timely manner
