Bring the outdoors inside with this gorgeous home on the waterfront of Lake Bob Sandlin in Pittsburg. Fully updated throughout, this home features an amazing chef's kitchen, and open concept dining and living areas with floor-to-ceiling picture windows showcasing the amazing 360-degree waterfront views. Each bedroom features it's own bathroom with tiled showers. Outdoors, those same 360 views can be experienced on the wraparound porch. Enjoy relaxing and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit to make the experience underneath a star-studded East Texas sky even more special.
*There will be a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, you may need to bring additional supplies.*
*RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive check-in information.
*AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced- renter must be 25 years or older. Refunds will NOT be given for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
*PARKING RESTRICTIONS: There are ONLY (2) cars allowed at the property at a time without the written permission of the owner or property manager.
