Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This newly renovated pet-friendly studio at Compass Cove Resort is designed for comfort, whether you're planning a romantic escape or a relaxing retreat with your furry friend.

Important Stay Information
Pets Welcome: Allowed November–February only.
Private Suite: This is a privately owned suite, not a hotel room. Only booked guests are permitted inside.
Easy Check-In: No front desk lines! All suites have keyless entry, and your access code will be sent by 4 PM on check-in day.
Resort Quiet Hours: 11 PM – 6 AM per resort rules.
Amenities & Essentials:
✔ Parking passes & pool wristbands (if required) will be in your suite.
✔ Fully furnished with basic kitchen essentials (silverware, plates, bowls).
✔ Fresh linens & towels provided, plus starter items (trash bags, toilet paper, soaps).
Beach Gear: We do not provide chairs or umbrellas, but rentals are available from beach lifeguards.
Guest Support: We manage this property off-site—please contact us with any questions. The front desk cannot assist you.

Guest & Suite Rules:
Only guests who have booked the suite are allowed in. Unauthorized guests will incur a $100 per person per night charge. Please inform us if additional guests will be joining.
Check-in: After 4 PM. Check-out: By 10 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early/late check-ins/check-outs will result in a $100 fee.
Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
This is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning charge.
This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel. Please do not discard linens or towels to the resort housekeeping crew.
No daily housekeeping.
Report any damages upon check-in. Damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
Quiet time per resort rules: 11 PM - 7 AM. Please be considerate of other guests. Non-compliance may result in eviction from the property.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking (must be at least 14 days before check-in).
50% refund if canceled 7 days or more before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Pet Rules & Restrictions:
Pets allowed from October to February.
Dogs only, weighing up to 25-30 pounds. No aggressive breeds.
Dogs must be domesticated and trained.
2 dogs maximum per unit.
Dogs must be carried in elevators.
Owners must clean up after their dogs or risk eviction.
Dogs must remain on a leash and under control at all times.
Dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations and be free of diseases.
No grooming in bathrooms. Owners are responsible for plumbing damage.
Dogs are not allowed in food-serving areas, pools, sundecks, or exercise rooms.
The HOA may remove nuisance dogs and place them in a kennel at the owner's expense.
Service Animals:
Service animals aiding those with disabilities are permitted and exempt from pet fees. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA.
