This 1 bedroom residence is located in the center of Gulf Place, making it easily accessible to dining, shopping and entertainment options.
The well thought out floor plan allows for natural light to fill every inch of the kitchen and living room. Facing south, perfect views can be admired from the bedroom, living and dining area. This coastal chic unit has been recently updated with everything you need for a relaxing stay along 30a.

The living room is beautifully designed with coastal decor. Enjoy a movie from the sofa or admire the views of the Gulf from this space. Prefer to sit outside? The balcony is easily accessed from the main living space, where guests are welcomed to a spacious balcony.
The bedroom boasts windows allow for natural light to fill the entire room. Wake up in the queen-sized bed to dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a sleeper sofa that is perfect for children or a guest and offers queen bed and Gulf views.
Additionally, this condominium building offers a common laundry room with both a washer and dryer. Amenities include three pools, a hot tub, tennis courts and a nature trail. Playa Bonita is the perfect residence for an Emerald Coast vacation. With exquisite amenities and close proximity to shopping, entertainment and dining, guests can enjoy everything 30A has to offer.

NOTE: The unit sits in the heart of Gulf Place, right above Shelby's restaurant, across the street from the Public Beach entrance and on the corner surrounded by a ton of activity. So you will experience street/crowd noise till 10pm.

Gulf Place is located on the west end of 30A in-between Blue Mountain and Dune Allen Beach. It has a relaxed, laid-back vibe with something for everyone in your group. Gulf Place Community Amenities include: 3 Deeded Beach Accesses, 3 community pools, 2 of which are heated, and 2 with hot tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, 19 miles of dedicated bike path, Shuffleboard Courts, Corn Hole Boards, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, & Ed Walline Beach Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! we very much enjoyed staying here. Everything was within walking distance. Beautiful condo and very clean. Noise from the restaurants and the bar below did not bother us at all. However, the trash being picked up at 5:30am and the guest stomping back and forth upstairs all morning was a little annoying. But overall, great host, great location and we would book here again. We would just bring a rain machine or something to cancel out the noise in the mornings.

Great location!

Great location just seconds from the beach. The information about the trash location was inaccurate and we never found the appropriate place to dispose of garbage that the property said we were required to take out. A large portion of the lights/light switches did not work. There was not a dishwasher although the property said it needed to be loaded upon check out. Finally, and the most frustrating, they provided two rolls of toilet paper for a five day stay. When we asked for more, they told us that they only provide “starter amenities”. I’ve never heard toilet paper referred to as an amenity. I’m not sure what the host fee and service fee covers if it doesn’t cover paper products. We were attending a wedding and disappointed when we couldn’t press our clothes because the iron had water in it from a previous guest. This is a wonderful property that has so much potential with a few repairs and more attention to detail in the cleaning/property management areas.

Best VRBO ever!!!

This condo is amazing. Let’s just say that the VIEWs were incredible! The condo is so smartly done with the right amount of space!!! The gift basket was so thoughtful and the extras in the bathroom came in handy. People say they will stay again but rarely do with so many options. However, WE WOULD!!! Amazing experience and so close to everything gulf place!!!!

Nice Place.

This property is nice and the location to the public beach is just across the street. The Decor in this unit is nice lots of drawer space, but not closet or any place to hang clothes. My only issue with this unit is the noise level from the restaurants and the people going and coming to and from the public beach. I would definitively rent this unit again, because I love dealing with this Lisa the property host. She is wonderful!

Awesome

My husband booked this little gem as a surprise for me and what a great place to stay. It’s exactly as pictured. Very quaint and very clean. We had a goodie basket with a bottle of wine on the counter upon arrival. They put a lot of thought in things like tooth brushes, toothpaste, body wash and a loofa. I e would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect in every way..

This unit was perfect for our quick stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The decor is beautiful. The location is fantastic as it is beach facing with a view and right across from Shunk Gully and above all of the other restaurants and shops in Gulf Place. The beach is right across the street. We had our 2 children (8 & 10) with us and the pull out couch was just fine for them. This unit has a large balcony you can sit out on and listen to the music playing from Shunk Gullys or Shelby's and have an evening cocktail or your morning coffee. I would absolutely stay here again. Just Perfect!

Like a studio but has a divider wall between bed area and sitting room which I like so it doesn't feel like you are sleeping in the sitting area. Unit is nicely updated with clean white decor nice touches. If you are looking for a stay and you don't want to cook in, then this is a great unit. Plenty of drawers for clothes. One suggestion is to add blinds for the door to patio as it is very bright in the morning.

Great property, accessible to everything!!

Gulf Place was a very cozy property within walking distance to the beach. From morning coffee, to dinner just about everything was a few steps away. The property was very clean and the modern beach chic decor was very comfortable and inviting. The patio was perfect to enjoy a cocktail and people watch and not to mention the gorgeous view of the water. Our family enjoyed this cozy property. We will definitely be back.
