You will have full access to our basement suite and back yard. Parking is available infront of our double door garage only.

Access the basement entrance from the left side of the home. Detailed instructions are provided to you in our App/Link.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It’s up to you. If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

2 kms west of Calgary in the acreage community of Springbank with walking trails at the KOAC Art Centre next door. Springbank is a very popular community for road cycling. West Bragg Creek 1/2 hr away has fabulous mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing and country skiing trails.

Parking for 2 vehicles in front of the double garage. More parking on the street. Access to Calgary 69 St. LRT Park and Ride is 7 kms. Cross-country Skiing, Kananaskis, Nakiska Ski Hill, Canmore and Banff Park Gates are 30 - 50 minutes drive.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Must return National Park Pass, otherwise there is a $200 Charge.

Guest(s) may be subjected to fill out a pre-arrival form which requires a government issued ID after the booking confirmation.

Really nice and enjoyable place to stay! Lots of nature around mountain views.. the hosts were amazing and responsible! I definitely recommend the place . If u could give 10 stars I would! Thanks for having us !

Fraudulently misrepresented the area where the host is located by using photo of either Canmore or Banff as the external area where they were located. Outside door handle in need of repair. The actual area around the host property is very rural with few amenties close by as represented by their photo.The area for guest parking was a small area beside the host drive way with at least two small tree stumps sticking out of the ground to be a risk factor.We left immediately after inspecting the interior where the host television was turned on.Clearly their photo misrepresent the host property and location.
