About this property
Charming & Cozy 1914 Bungalow
Enjoy a stylish and calming experience in the heart of the city with quick access to best that Salt Lake has to offer!
A lived-in home full of personality that’s perfect for a relaxing vacation away, working from home with G-Fiber internet, or for a night in after a day on the slopes.
In a lovely, quaint neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, the best restaurants and shopping around the corner. Only a block away from the city’s largest park, there’s so much to enjoy near by!
The space
Built originally in 1914 in the Prairie Style made famous by Frank Lloyd Wright, the home exemplifies this distinctly American architecture rooted in nature, with a sense of place, but also incorporating modern elements, like flat planes and stylized ornamentation. Together, the almost floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and the large front and back porch really merge the indoor with the nature outside.
As you step foot into the home you'll immediately notice these unique architectural details that have been preserved, as well as many other retro design pieces adding a touch of character and nostalgia to the space. The stylish decor, original framed art, and calming color palette create a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
Each of the two bedrooms is comfortably furnished with memory foam queen beds and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom features modern fixtures and amenities to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay.
