Smart Lock

This is a 2-bedroom apartment with a bonus room that is a dedicated office space! Work-from-Anywhere travelers rejoice! ***You must be comfortable with stairs. This apartment is located in a third floor walk-up.***

Please note, the ceilings are slanted in some areas due to the roof structure. Beds are super comfy and the apartment is in a fantastic location, but we just want you to be aware of the unique space!

This apartment is complete with a smart lock on the exterior door and a smart lock on the interior door, smart TV in the living room, and plush furnishings.

Each bedroom has a queen bed with gel foam hybrid mattresses.

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, and oven with electric stovetop, and dishwasher. While there is no complimentary breakfast, we always make sure there is coffee stocked for your convenience.

The living room has a flat screen smart TV where you can access our Netflix account or any of your other favorite streaming apps with your username and password.

A desk is provided in a separate room should you be in town for work!

There is coin operated laundry located in the basement.

***While the interior of this building is brand new the exterior is still waiting for her facelift! Definitely do not judge this book by its cover -but if a rougher exterior is something you cannot see past, this may not be the space for you.***

-We reserve the right to deny any bookings made by locals from Columbus, OH. If you are a local resident to the Columbus, OH area and wish to book this property you must share the reason for your stay
-Parties and events are not allowed
-Dog friendly on case by case basis. $35/night/dog w/$200 monthly cap.

**If staying for longer than 13 days, we require bi-weekly cleanings at $40 per clean**

We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
