With RVs there are height and weight limitations for those who are not experienced to RVs. It is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. 1 Queen Sized Bed in Front Master Bedroom , Bunk Room 2 Twin Sized Bunks, Twin Size Sofa Sleeper. FOR THE COMFORT OF ALL GUEST IT IS ADVISABLE NOT TO EXCEED 2 ADULT & 2 CHILDREN The winter season here in Yuma offers a lot to do. Swap Meet,Casinos with entertainment, Waylon’s Water Park with multiple activities. And the main attraction Golf Courses, 2 beautiful Parks recently renovated. And other attractions as well.
