Sit back and enjoy each other's company from the living room's comfortable seating, or stream your favorite show on the smart TV. The adjacent full kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all of the nifty gadgets you need to whip up delicious dishes.

The primary bedroom features both private lanai access and an en suite bathroom. Indulge in moments of self-care from the comfort of the soaking tub and walk-in shower, or take a restful nap amidst the bed's plush linens. The additional bedrooms are just as sunny! Both have TVs, ceiling fans, and comfortable bedding. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the interior amenities.

A true focal point of Pura Vida, the enclosed lanai displays alfresco dining, a gas grill, and of course, a private pool. When you aren't lounging on the pool-side loungers, dip your feet in the canal and wave hello to passing boaters from the home's dock.

Within 13 miles of your stay, visit Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, Jaycee Park, Sun Splash Family Waterpark, Saratoga Lake Park, The Forest Country Club Golf, and numerous restaurants and shops.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has an active doorbell camera, facing the street, and is able to record video and audio.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
