This beautiful first-floor condo is located in the prestigious Greenlinks at Lely Resort, and is one of the closest units to the community pool! Enjoy stunning lake views from your private screened lanai, and access to two championship golf courses, a fitness center, and more.

The condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a closely located full bathroom.

The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating. The couch in the living is also a sleeper sofa with pull out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and there is a dining table with seating for six.

The screened lanai is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Take in the lake views, or have a relaxing outdoor dinner with friends and family.

Greenlinks at Lely Resort is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Naples, Marco Island, and some of the best beaches in the world.

Overall OK

The overall property was very nice, but the apartment itself needed updating. The carpet and towels were worn. The bathroom also needed updating. It was short on dishes-we had to keep washing cups and silverware. The pool was closed for 4 days while we were there for repairs however they gave us 200. refund for that. We have stayed at Lely before and like the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and very nice. Michael was very helpful. Problem was the Condo Association was doing maintenenane that week. We were inconvenienced on several occassions. I don't believe that asking a renter to leave their door open all day while you are out so they can paint the front door is appropiate. We refused. Again upon leaving asked us to leave the unit open. We are responsible for the unit so we refused. Sliding doors to Lenai worked very hard to lock and open and close. All in all the unit was comfortable and we liked it.
