Features include: skylights, floor-to-ceiling sliders that lead out to a fenced- in side yard and separate backyard w/ oversized patio, a private pond, stream, in-ground hot tub, fire pit, grill, and a path down to a shared, flat yard. Inside you will also find a two-sided fireplace, gourmet kitchen, private den, a Primary bedroom wing with large, walk-in closet, his and hers full bathrooms complete with a steam shower and soaking tub, in closet W/D and private outdoor patio with gondola views! 4 additional bedroom suites and on the lowest level you will find the 6th bedroom suite, a gym, wet bar, shuffleboard, foosball, and entertainment/ media area, perfect for entertaining year-round. 1- 2 garage parking spots. *There is a separate 2BR/ 2 bath guest house (not included in rates) to total 8 Bedrooms and could sleep up to 16 people.
