This cottage is just the right size with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping eight. The home has three bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa couch on the lower level of the home. Office, washer/dryer, large wrap-around deck with two patio table sets for seating and a gas grill. Large front yard to set up a volleyball net, play cornhole or catch a football or baseball. Minutes from Boyne City but a private spot on the South shore of Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy every sunrise. 110' of frontage with a private dock and sandy lakefront, a short stroll to Whiting Park. This is the Up North spot you have been dreaming of for you and your family.

Lake Life at Its Finest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was truly a gem. My wife and I were celebrating our 15th anniversary and looking for something on the water that was not egregiously overpriced. The house had everything we could ask for including beautiful views, ample space, and everything you could possibly need. The property management team was extremely responsive. We could not have asked for more!!
