Our team is fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The vacation rental will be cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you arrive. Come visit us at Westwinds 4724!


The first thing you notice as you walk through the door is the spacious, modern kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances. All flooring and living room sofas were replaced December 2022! In this kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook a big meal and store your groceries. The dining table opens up to the beachfront living room where you can truly kick back and relax with the beach at your doorstep. From the private, wrap around balcony, you will have a full panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for enjoying amazing sunsets. The living area and master suite hold new HDTVs. You’ll have two master suites, both with king beds each and a guest room with 2 twin beds. Each of the 3 bathrooms has a shower/tub combo and ample vanity space for your belongings. You’ll also find a large beach closet and laundry room with a washer/dryer available to you. Westwinds 4724 is the perfect vacation rental for you to relax in and feel right at home – come join us!

Perfect for family vacation!
We loved our stay here- great location and facility. We cooked at condo several meals and had everything we needed. Condo was good sized/roomy for our family of 6. The view from balcony is great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Westwinds is in the Sandestin Resort area of Miramar Beach. What a beautiful area. What a nice complex. Pool area is nice, tiki hut was open in October serving lunch and beach drinks. The beach is great. However, I'm not certain I would rent beach chairs and umbrellas again. I rented 6 for the week; the cost was nearly $1,000. However, at Westwinds, the rented chairs sit BEHIND beach-goers' chairs and umbrellas. Next time, I'll just go to Alvin's and purchase beach chairs and umbrellas for a better view and cost saving. Condo 4724 is on the 3rd floor near the stairwell. Two boys came each night at 11 pm and rang the doorbell before running down the stairs causing our baby to wake. The view is ok but not as good as from a higher floor. The bathrooms need updating. One of the tubs didn't drain well. The tubs were 40 year old white tubs with white tiles and shower curtains. No Keurig coffee maker and the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned for sometime. The mold needed to be cleaned prior to use. Furniture was in good shape but needs to be updated. The Westwinds complex and area are great

Needs paint on walls and baseboards, plumbing in primary bathroom makes very loud noise when toilet is flushed and shower is run. I reported these isues and was told they are aware of the plumbing noises, and they would send housekeeping out to touch up the unit (did not happen). Very disappointed and would not stay here again. It's a shame because the view is beautiful. The pros are it had ice cold AC, new washer/dryer, new refrigerator, and decent sofa. Everything felt dirty. Tried to move units when we arrived, but nothing else was available on the beach with 3 bedrooms. Very disappointed.

And we used Xplorie (came with the vacation rental) to book a golf outing and that was excellent. Regarding the unit itself: The view from our 3rd floor balcony was outstanding. The unit was fine, though a bit dated in terms of decor and condition. The washer/dryer definitely needs to be replaced. The laminate in the master bath is peeling. And one nagging issue we called in late Monday with the master bath shower never was resolved. Someone from Gibson came out on Wednesday and confirmed what we were experiencing and called it in, but nothing was ever done about it. We never heard another word.

The view from the 3rd floor was great and you are close enough to hear the waves. The rental was clean however it is in desperate need of updates. Starting with the mattresses!! The one in the back master was horrible and caused us to have back pain. The twin ones were so bad that one of the guests ended up sleeping on the couch. Next the washer and dryer were functional however a knob was missing and you would have to switch the knob from the washer to the dryer to be able to use it. Besides the back ache our stay was pleasant. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and we enjoyed sitting on the huge balcony. With a few updates I fee that this place could be amazing.

The toilet in the master bathroom makes a loud noise every hour 24/7 so you couldn’t sleep at night. The master bathroom tub has a leak. The tile floor throughout the unit makes a noise when you walk on it. The sofa and lovesestcin den is really really old. I would definitely not rent this unit again!!!!’

Amazing Condo! Perfect space with third bedroom for the grand-parents!
This was out first trip to the beach with my daughter and her 5 children. I was worried that it might be crowded altogether in one condo, but it's perfect with like mother-in-law suite at the other end of condo separated from the other two bedrooms with the kitchen & dining! Beautiful Condo!
