Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Walking distance to: Kinnick Stadium (1.6 miles), Carver Hawkeye Arena (1 mile), Hancher (0.6 miles), and downtown (1.7 miles to the Old Capitol).

We have everything you need for a fun weekend including comfy beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen amenities, 2 private parking spots, a porch with a grill, a washer/drier, a TV with streaming, and room for kids to play. There is a beautiful walking path along the river right across the street and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

We love our house and can’t wait to show it off!

Check-in and Check-out times are flexible, just message me with your preferred times! For larger groups, we have an extra twin air mattress with bedding available.

Perfect home for our perfect stay
This house was the best choice for my family and I. My son was graduating and we all wanted to stay together for a night. This home had everything you could want and then some. I asked if we could check in a little earlier because we werw driving from Chicago and wanted to clean up a bit before the ceremony and Abby didnt disappoint. She text me while driving that the house was ready. The house was immaculate! Beds super comfy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. I honestly dont have anything negative to say. Abby and Austin, well done!

Iowa City is my hometown and I am so lucky to continue my medical residency training close to my roots. I love Iowa City for its safety, affordability, kind / generous locals, and endless trails for walking/running/biking. There are always events to experience in downtown Iowa City or nearby towns (North Liberty, Tiffin, Solon). I am obsessed with our little house and love this opportunity to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood (Manville Heights) is a prime location within Iowa City. It is walking distance to the hospital, downtown, Kinnick Stadium, Carver-Hawkeye Arena, City Park, and restaurants along the Coralville Strip. I love running and have endless safe paths to explore directly from my front door. This neighborhood is known for its historic houses and interesting architecture, which makes every walk unique.

What makes this property unique

The property's location is very unique within Iowa City, you could walk everywhere you wanted to go during a weekend trip without driving or dealing with parking. We have plenty of space for a family or a group of friends with three bedrooms (four beds) and two bathrooms. We are very accommodating hosts, are flexible with check-in / check-out times.
