Welcome to our Largo retreat! This gem offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, welcoming up to 10 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends. Largo has breathtaking beaches, scenic parks, and diverse range of activities. Immerse yourself in local dining, shopping, and craft memories during your stay. Located minutes away from Gulf beaches like Indian Rocks, Belleair, Sand Key, Madeira, Redington and Clearwater. As you step into our abode, you'll be greeted by a light-filled, spacious living area designed for relaxation and connection. The living room is tastefully furnished for both style and comfort, providing a cozy space to unwind after a day of exploration. Kick back on the electric reclining sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiast, complete with appliances and a kitchen island with 4 bar stools. Enjoy your meals in the 8-seating dining area, fostering moments of togetherness with your travel companions.

Our home features 4 bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and twin-size bed, ceiling fan, an ensuite bathroom, a closet and a TV. The second bedroom features queen size bed, ceiling fan, a closet and a TV. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed and twin-size bed, ceiling fan, a closet and a TV. The fourth bedroom features queen size bed, ceiling fan, a closet and a TV providing a peaceful retreat for everyone. A washer and dryer, wireless internet, four car parking space in the driveway and the carport and a beautiful, heated pool is also included. This is a non-smoking house. Linens, towels, and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

Step into your private outdoor paradise, where a shimmering heated pool awaits. Whether you're taking a refreshing morning dip or enjoying a sunset swim, the pool is the focal point of relaxation. Lounge on poolside chairs and loungers with a good book or savor meals al fresco on the patio — the choice is yours.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

Additionally, visitors can explore the historic downtown area, which is home to many unique shops and restaurants. With so much to do and see, Largo is an ideal destination for a memorable vacation.

Largo has several beaches to explore, such as Indian Rocks Beach, Largo Beach, Belleair Beach, Belleair shore Beach and Clearwater Beach. There are also several state parks and nature preserve in the area, like Lake Seminole Park and the Tampa Bay Estuary.

• No Pets allowed.
• No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard.
• Strictly No parties or events are allowed
• No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed.
• No unregistered guests are allowed.
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made.
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only. Located in the garage.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply.
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Pool isn't heated.
• If you would like to heat the pool, it will be available for a 25$+tax/night additional charge for the length of your stay, which must be paid prior to your check-in date. Please inform us in advance if you would like the pool to be heated. For safety reasons, the pool temperature will not be set higher than 80 degrees. We cannot guarantee the pool's temperature at any time due to varying climate factors. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
