Ideally located, in the heights of the rapidly developing Tamarindo Hills district,
you will benefit from a superb sea view while being 15 minutes walk from the beach and the bank, shops, super market, restaurants, bars, gym and the Thursday evening night market.
As the house is located at the top of a hill, we advise you to have transportation.

Villa TAMAHILLS:

This accommodation was designed in a Balinese spirit, so that you can admire the sea view from every living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room on the ground floor, with an adjoining pantry and very practical laundry room for storage.

You can also take an outdoor shower when returning from the beach before enjoying the infinity pool while admiring the colors of the sunset over the sea.

It has 4 independent bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom and an incredible sea view:

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor:
King size bed, desk, wardrobe and wardrobe, bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet.

upstairs:

Bedroom 4: Master room, king size bed, sofa bed, desk, wardrobe and wardrobe, with an incredible sea view not only from the bedroom but also from the bathroom consisting of a double sink, Wc, shower and bathtub.

Please note that on the day of check out, the housekeeper starts working at 9:00 am.

the house has a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
Access to this laundry room is not free, only the cleaning lady will be able to use it when she is present to wash your laundry on request and free of charge.
No access possible when the cleaning lady is absent.

The villa is equipped with a 6000ml water tank so that in the event of a city water cut, you should not run out of water.

you will have access to the entire accommodation, but only the cleaning lady will have access to the laundry room to clean your laundry.

Our villa is located in a brand new area with new constructions nearby.
The neighboring houses are at the end of construction so it can be noisy on certain days. This is beyond our control.

the villa is located, under normal traffic conditions by car, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from Liberia airport and approximately 4 hours 30 minutes from San José airport.
Possibility of ordering a Shuttle for these journeys. (on request and not included in the rental price)
