A confirmation slip will then be emailed to you directly from the transportation company once they’ve reviewed and accepted your request.
Vidanta takes great care to create safe, healthy environments for their guests. They provide purified water and bottled water in all rooms (for a small fee) and Vidanta uses purified water in all the restaurants. If additional bottled water is needed/preferred there is an onsite shopping counter steps away within the Mayan Palace.
