This beautifully converted 11-meter long Bluebird school bus is located in a quiet area, nestled between a lush forest and the beach of Playa Grande. The bus is 25 square meters and has a master bedroom with king sized bed that can be converted into 2 single beds, orthopedic mattresses and 100% pure cotton linen. A door seperates this room from the rest of the bus. The living area has a large desk facing the outside patio and beautiful lush green zone and forest. In front of the desk is a cozy sofa, that can be pulled out and convert into an additional bed. The kitchen space has all comfort you need to enjoy cooking. Induction stove, big fridge, water heater, oven, blender, lots of storage space, coffee maker, fresh roasted gourmet coffee, herbal teas and a few basic cooking ingredients to get you started (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, milk, sugar, honey). The front of the bus, once the driver seat, is converted into a comfortable bathroom with toilet, sink and hot water shower.

The outside private patio has a large dining table and a cozy bohemian-style sitting corner. Right behind the patio is an outside private shower under the shade of the trees looking into the forest.

While enjoying the natural surroundings and peaceful neighborhood, there are a couple of restaurants and a mini market at walking distance. Tamarindo is within 20min reach by taking a taxi boat (only daytime).

The property (1.470m) is situated close to a beautiful mangrove estuary on one side and steps away from the immense pristine beach (called Playa Grande) on the other side. All the trees have been spared on the property which provides a lot of natural shade and allows the howler monkeys to happily pass through. Waking up by their impressive howl and the sound of tropical birds is an incredible experience!

An additional rancho has been built in the middle of the property with an extra bathroom and two additional outside showers.

There are two buses on the property: one for the guests and one for the family that lives onsite with two beautiful and kind dogs. Both buses are designed to enjoy maximum privacy as the intended purpose is to provide the guests their own space to rest, work and above all relax in a unique setting.
