The Space:
From the moment you enter the home on the main level, you will be greeted by a bright space, with the staircase leading upstairs to your right and the main living space directly in front of you. Guests can also enter the home through the garage, making it convenient for unloading necessities from your car straight inside. In the winter months, you will love the convenience of storing your outdoor gear on the ski/board racks in the garage. When entering from the garage, you will come to a small mud room space with room to store your shoes and jackets before settling into the home. On this floor of the home, you will find the living room, kitchen, and dining area in one large space and a half-bathroom for shared use.
The living room is great for entertaining with a couch and two chairs, a mounted 75” smart TV, and a Sonos soundbar, so you can enjoy a movie, or play some music. Behind the living room is the dining area, a light-filled space with a large wood dining table with four chairs and one large wood bench providing seating for eight. For those traveling with a larger group, add on the two leaves for the table and have enough space for up to 13! The dining table sits next to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio, providing a great extension of living space to enjoy on sunny days. Take your meals outside in the summer where you will find an outdoor patio table with seating for six, a BBQ, corn hole to play in the backyard, and a hot tub perfect for warming up on chilly winter days.
On the other side of the dining room is the kitchen, a bright and pristine space featuring all-white cabinetry, white countertops, tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances, this fully stocked kitchen is ready for the chef or baker in your group to whip up some tasty treats. Take advantage of the large kitchen island, where you will find four barstools, a perfect spot to do some work, enjoy meals or snacks, and stay connected with the group no matter where in the space they are.
Head downstairs to the basement level of the home, where you will find a dynamic second living room with plush carpeting and plenty of space to spread out or let the little ones in your group run around. This room is great for movie nights on the 75” smart TV that includes a Sonos soundbar, game nights with one of the home’s board games, playing a round of ping-pong, or trying out some games on the Xbox Series X or on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade-style game. A bedroom is located off the basement living room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a trundle twin bed, as well as a toy chest with some toys, making a great space for the kids in the group to share! A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is also located on this floor.
Head to the upper level of the home where you will find an additional three bedrooms, all with plush carpeting, cozy furnishings, and fans in each room. When you arrive at the top of the stairs you will find an open space that can be used for a workspace, hang-out spot, or additional sleeping space. This stylish area features a desk with a chair as well as a twin mattress that could be used as a sofa bed or sleeping space if needed and features open railings that look out the large windows from the main floor. The master bedroom is a well-decorated space with a king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a dresser with a mounted 55” TV above, and a ceiling fan perfect for those warm summer nights. Adding to the comfort of the bedroom is the beautiful en suite bathroom. This bright and modern bathroom features a large all-white double-sink vanity with marble countertops, a private toilet area, a freestanding shower with glass doors, and a large bathtub.
The other two upstairs bedrooms each feature queen-size beds in wooden bed frames, matching nightstands with lamps, and a 55” smart TV. Both bedrooms have ample closet space for storage, with one of the bedrooms including a walk-in closet. Next to these bedrooms is a full bathroom for a single-sink vanity that includes under-the-sink storage space and a bathtub/shower combo. A laundry room upstairs with a full-size washer and dryer will make keeping up with any laundry needs during your trip a breeze!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, garage, and outdoor patio which includes a private hot tub. Guests will have access to four parking places, two in the garage and two in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This beautiful new build home is located just outside the town of Kimball Junction, placing you nearby beautiful outdoor areas, shopping and restaurants, and mere minutes from some of the best slopes in the area. Natural beauty is all around in this area with several hiking trailheads in close proximity such as Quinn's Junction Trailhead, Spring Creek Trailhead, and Basin Recreation Millenium Trailhead just minutes away. Just under 7 miles from the home, you will find Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics and now includes year-round activities for the whole family. Families will love the nearby local park that includes a splash pad in the summer months!
If your trip is all about skiing you will love the close proximity to several of the area's resorts with Canyon Village, Park City Mountain Resort, and Deer Valley Resort all within a 25-minute or less drive away, so you can be out on the slopes in no time. Get some shopping at the nearby outlet malls, with Outlet Park City a 15-minute drive away. In the summer months, head over to the beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir and enjoy some water activities, anything from paddleboarding to fishing can be enjoyed here. It is also a quick fifteen-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries.
Getting Around:
This home provides easy access to endless outdoor recreation activities, with HWY 80 and Kimball Junction transit center minutes away. Many of the area's best outdoor ski resorts are within 25 minutes from the home, such as Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. While the home does not have a public transportation stop within walking distance, Kimball Junction Transit Center is just 5 miles away, from which you have convenient access to other bus routes to the resorts, outlet stores, and downtown Park City. Make the 15-minute drive to downtown Park City, or take the bus to town, from where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area.
Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, this home is in a relatively new neighborhood, with construction in progress in certain areas. Guests may hear construction noise during business hours when outside the home, however, no noise is heard inside the home.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
