Horse property. Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath guesthouse. Separate driveway and parking. High ceilings, laminate floors, all new kitchen and bath. You have approximately 1/2 acre with 2 small corrals, , and room for horse trailer. Horses welcome. Riding trail out your front gate.

Great place to be in LA with my pup
This is a cool little place. The owners are awesome. I'm not a big city person and I "had" to be in LA. This VRBO allowed me to bring my dog making my stay all the better. The neighborhood is very cool and doesn't have the BIG CITY feel. You are in the foothills. Horses across the street, beautiful trees, lots of shade and yet close enough to LA to do what you need to do. We enjoyed our stay here.
