This 3 bedroom 2 bath is a private home on a quiet street while also not being more than 20 min to many beaches, parks and the nightlife of Fort Myers Beach! Bring your boat and explore the canal or sit by the pool under the lanai and watch the boats go by. The living room boasts a roomy down sectional, the dining area seats at least 8 with a custom live edge dining table and an additional dinette (seats 4) for morning coffee with the herons and Iguanas. The master bedroom with a king size bed includes an ensuite with entry to the pool. The additional 2 bedrooms both with queen beds share the second bathroom. The second bath has entry to the pool as well for easy access. Washer and Dryer also within second bath. Parking is off street with garage. Cape Coral is a city in southwest Florida, known for its many canals. Home to manatees, Sirenia Vista Park has kayak routes to Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, where birds wade amid mangroves. Cape Coral Historical Society & Museum traces the planning of the city. Yacht Club Community Park has a beach and pier on the Caloosahatchee River.
