We’ve combined 2 of our neighboring tiny homes to accommodate 6 guests.
- Fun communal areas like the fire pit, Cornhole & pet our friendly farm animals
- On the farm, walk the scenic trails, enjoy activities like archery & axe throwing

- Kitchenettes with all the basics plus coffee makers with some coffee provided

The Space:
You'll find plenty of peace and quiet at our farm and nothing to distract you from relaxation. We encourage our guests to say hello to the animals on our property who are here to greet them every day. Don't worry about staying up to date with the news or sending emails. You are truly disconnected at the farm, and your mind and body will thank you for it. Technology, restaurants, and other modern conveniences are just a short drive into Lake Lure, 2 miles away.


Though there are lots to see and do around the property, one of the best parts about staying with us is the close proximity you’ll have to super fun activities and attractions such as zip lining, fishing, tubing, hiking, horseback riding, golf, wakeboarding, and boat tours, just to name a few.


The 280 sq ft “Tiny Barn” features:
- A kitchen that’s outfitted with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, single-burner electric stove, coffee maker (some coffee is provided), tea kettle, toaster, utensils, and cookware
- A small dining table with 2 chairs
- A queen bed and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 2 guests
- A private patio with a BBQ and outdoor seating
- Parking for 2 vehicles next to the Tiny Barn


The 160 sq ft “Appalachian Blue” features:
- A kitchen that’s outfitted with a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove/oven, coffee maker (some coffee is provided), tea kettle, toaster oven, utensils, and cookware
- A built-in breakfast bar with 3 stools
- 3 beds and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such:
Bed 1: Queen-size futon
Bed 2: Single-size futon
Bed 3: Single-size futon
- A washer and dryer for your convenience
- A private patio with outdoor seating, a gas BBQ, and utensils
- Parking for 1 vehicle next to Appalachian Blue

Just step outside and you'll find yourself surrounded by gardens, an abundance of nature and a peaceful stay guaranteed.

LINEN RENTAL POLICY:
We offer the convenience of linens rental for your stay. We provide sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels for an additional charge of $25 per set. This fee covers the use and laundering of the linens during your stay. By opting for our linen rental service, you can enjoy the convenience of a well-prepared accommodation. Please note that this charge is separate from the standard rental fee and will be added to your total bill. If you prefer to bring your own linens, you are welcome to do so at no additional cost. Kindly inform us of your preference during the booking process.


2 pets max are allowed with a combined weight of 50 pounds, and the fee is $50 per pet. Guests must adhere to the Farmstead pet rules. All tiny homes are pet-friendly except for The Hive. This is our minimalist tiny home and is front and center to our donkey, bull, dairy cow and goats. We ask that pets do not approach the fence line to keep our animals calm.


There are surveillance devices on the property for the safety and security of our guests.


Campfires are permitted and firewood is available for sale at our camp store. We ask that you do not bring in firewood to protect our trees from harmful insects. Fires should never be left unattended and should not exceed 3 feet high.


We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.


Guests will need to adhere to the Farmstead property rules and will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and upon arrival.


A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.


HOUSE RULES
-Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. Adult supervision is required if traveling with minors under 18.
-Check-in time is 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 9:00 PM, please kindly contact our local team in advance. T
-Early check-in at 1 pm and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $50 USD, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to check for availability.
-Unauthorized late check-out will be charged $50 USD. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the designated check-out time.
-Drones are not allowed.
-No cigarette smoking is allowed inside. The use of any recreational drugs (including cannabis) on the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
-No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
-No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Guests shall match the list provided, only confirmed names on the booking.
-No tent or other structures on the property grounds.
-Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
-Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
-Please avoid moving furniture.
-All tiny homes, except for The Hive, are pet-friendly. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that pets be leashed at all times and that any waste is promptly cleaned up.
-To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly request that you bag all trash and dispose of it in the dumpster located near the front gate.
- No eating, drinking, or pets on the beds or couches.
